RACE FOR HUMANITY 2010 WAS A GREAT OUTREACH–ALL OF MAY 2010 REMAINS TO SUPPORT THIS EVENT
This year’s Walk for Life was the Race for Humanity, held at Mt. San Jacinto College.� We had over 140 racers in various events and great support from those who donated, walked, ran, worked expo booths, mingled with other non-profits and had a nice time in the sunshine.� Over 2,000 total racers competed in this event and it had so much to offer in the way of entertainment, food, fellowship and family fun.� Thanks for all you gave to this event.� For those who didn’t get involved yet…there is still time.� We have been given a Matching Grant challenge and we are $3,950 away from that goal.� Please donate on this website if you would still like to support this or mail your check to Birth Choice of Temecula, made payable to Race for Humanity (Memo: Birth Choice #12) before May 26, 2010.� Mail checks to 27488 Enterprise Circle West, #4, Temecula, CA 92590.� Checks made out to Birth Choice of Temecula are also acceptable and should be noted Race for Humanity in the Memo section.� Employer matches are also accepted for this event.� Any questions, please call Jenny at 951-551-5428.

SAVE LIVES BY GIVING TO THE MATCHING GRANT 2009/10

You can make a a big difference in the life of a woman, her preborn baby and her entire family by sharing our services with them.� So many do not know we exist to offer abortion alternatives.� So many find out just a few days too late.� Help save them from regret in their future and help save the lives of precious preborn babies by helping to get the word out.� Use email, posters, fliers or word of mouth to help us share our services in the community.�Come by the center if you need more information or resources. We have many volunteer opportunities at our center and some�that can be done from home. JOIN THE MATCHING GRANT LIFE TEAM AND SUPPORT LIFE
Birth Choice has been given a tremendous $20,000 Matching Grant opportunity by a foundation that will allow us to help teens and women to see the beautiful gift of LIFE that they have been blessed with.� Our ultrasound availability now makes God’s creation visible to their Moms and Dads so they can make an educated decision.�
Your donation of any amount…yes, that’s right, any amount no matter how small or large, will be matched�dollar for dollar up tp $20,000.� If you�donate or�make a pledge of� Example:�$50 per month for one year…it will be matched for a total of $1200 ($50 x 12 months pledge= $600 plus the $600 match = $1200) that will be paid to Birth Choice as soon as we meet our $20,000 Matching Grant Goal.� You can help us offer the CHOICE OF LIFE to a woman who feels forced into deciding to terminate her pregnancy because of financial, educational, medical or social concerns.� We can help her make a decision for life, WITH YOUR SUPPORT AS CHAMPIONS FOR LIFE…..either for raising her baby or seeking adoption assistance.�

Mentoring of Kids 4th-8th Grade

Birth Choice of Temecula is now partnering with�several� area mentoring organizations�to provide a Mentoring Program with starting enrollment for children grades 4-8.� This program can help reduce high risk behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse, teen sexual activity and socially unacceptable or criminal behavior that might reduce attendance in school and reduce their overall GPA.� We will use FBI screened, adult mentors who are able to serve as role models for your child and with your written permission, we will mentor them one hour per week in a public setting so they can reach their true potential.� Need help with your child or know of a child that could use mentoring?� Please tell their parent or legal guardian about this program or have them call us at 951-699-9808 Ext. 103 Teri or X 104 Maura.� We will get you started with your childs enrollment into the program�or as a volunteer Mentor.�

Conduct a Baby Bottle Boomerang
Conduct a baby bottle boomerang with your service organization, business, school, neighborhood, or church group and you will greatly help Birth Choice of Temecula. The cash, change and checks you put in these bottles will help pay for operational expenses to keep the center open as well as helping us advance to a medical practice �providing life-saving ultrasound exams. You can also take one home for your family to fill. Community service hours are offered for anyone who help distribute these in town.�
